From experienced leaders to first-time delegates, every person plays a unique role in making camp unforgettable. Get to know the people who help shape the Mt. Rainier experience—our senior staff, junior staff, and the amazing students who attend.
MT. RAINIER LEADERSHIP
Mt. Rainier senior staff are a dedicated group of educators, mentors, and community leaders who bring years of experience in youth development, education, and leadership training. Representing both the classroom and the community, they are united by a shared commitment to helping students unlock their potential. Throughout the week, senior staff lead sessions, facilitate discussions, and work behind the scenes to create a supportive, inclusive environment where every student can thrive.
SENIOR STAFF
Mt. Rainier junior staff are former delegates who return to camp with energy, passion, and a deep understanding of the Rainier experience. You'll see them in your councils, dorms, and at meals—ready to support, encourage, and guide you throughout the week. They’ve been in your shoes and are here to share their insights, answer questions, and help you make the most of your time at camp. Don’t hesitate to lean on their training, experiences, and enthusiasm—they’re here for you.
JUNIOR STAFF
Mt. Rainier delegates come from across Washington state, bringing diverse perspectives, experiences, and ideas. This is your chance to connect with peers who share your passion for leadership and service. Throughout the week, take time to build relationships, exchange ideas, gather valuable resources, and create memories with new friends who may become lifelong connections.
