Each year, we seek a diverse group of leaders from across Washington to serve as Junior Counselors (JCs). Representing schools and neighborhoods statewide, JCs bring a wide range of skills, passions, and lived experiences that enrich our program. As role models and mentors, they provide crucial support to our high school delegates while playing an integral role in leading councils and managing dorm life.
